Silicone Demolder Mini
We listened to our customers and understood that with growth and scale come the inevitable bottlenecks. We designed this simple innovation to address one of the most challenging bottlenecks: demolding gummies. We created the Silicone Demolder Mini to specifically work with our ServoForm™ Mini Depositor, expanding our line of solutions to include cooking, depositing, demolding and sanding to streamline production while reducing manufacturing costs and maintaining quality. If you have ever participated in the ritual of demolding tens of thousands of gummies, then you understand why this machine is a must-have and has immediate ROI for almost every edibles maker, large or small.

Sugar Sander Mini
Specifically designed to coat gummies or edibles following the demolding process, continuously. Gummies or edibles are introduced manually at the inlet chute and gently tumbled in the sugar or granular medium stream over three revolutions, then exit the inner drum with consistent coating coverage. Excess sugar or granular medium is recycled towards the drum inlet to be applied with the incoming gummies.
