Much of this new solution-based engineering begins in their Innovation Centers in the UK and the US.
The Infusent® Innovation Center offers customers facilities to develop new products and processes, produce samples for test marketing, and conduct feasibility trials. Test products using our unique starch-free method include hard candy in solid, striped, layered, filled varieties; soft confectionery such as toffee, caramel, fondant; and gummies and jellies.
The Innovation Center contains a wide range of production and laboratory-scale equipment dedicated to the confectionery, cookie, bar and pet treat industries. Customers are guaranteed total confidentiality, working with the help of Baker Perkins’ experienced food technologists.
A range of technologies under one roof enables Team Infusent® to cross conventional process boundaries and offer a variety of solutions for a single product. This range of equipment is permanently available, and specialized units can be brought in – from other suppliers if necessary – to complete a process.
