The ServoForm™ Mini+ Depositor shares many of the same features as the original but with additional process capability to meet the demand for high-viscosity recipes and center-filled gummies, particularly liquid center-fills, by including a mold lift feature. ServoForm™ Mini Full Line with Cooling Tunnel
Developed in response to growing customer demand for a system with the efficiency of continuous operation, the ServoForm™ Mini range now includes batch and continuous options for both cooking and depositing.
The new continuous line can incorporate a Turbofilm™ cooker or a JellyCook™ batch cooker with a ServoForm™ Mini depositor and a cooling tunnel in a seamless line that can produce high-value functional gummies or medicated hard candies as well as standard confectionery products that have a known short set time. The system is ideal for low-volume, high-value production environments or to produce short runs/large batches for research, product development, and test marketing purposes.
Based on Baker Perkins’ proven ServoForm™ depositing technology, ServoForm™ Mini depositors have the same specifications as the full-size equivalent for precise scale-up.

ServoForm™ Flexi Depositor
The ServoForm™ Flexi meets the needs of manufacturers looking for the hygiene and simplicity of starch-free depositing but with the longer setting times and versatility of moguls. The Flexi is capable of depositing products using gelatin, pectin, carrageenan, or blends as the gelling agent.
Two versions of the ServoForm™ Flexi are available: a single depositing head with outputs up to 125,000 pieces/hour; and a longer machine with two heads with outputs up to 250,000 pieces/hour. The ServoForm™ Flexi can produce both conventional and functional confectionery products with improved accuracy and efficiency when compared with traditional methods.
