Infusent® offers Baker Perkins’ JellyCook™ line of weighing, mixing and cooking systems. Each JellyCook™ system consists of a jacketed and oil-heated stainless steel cooking vessel with a variable speed mixer/stirrer and easy-to-use controls. Rapid cool-down function helps protect heat sensitive additions and ensures target temperatures are accurately and consistently acheived. Our cookers were designed with the healthcare, supplement, and nutraceuticals industries in mind, as well as other applications, to produce various products, including starch-free gummies and jellies, and are intended to work efficiently with the ServoForm™ Depositor product line.

Jelly Cook Mini

JellyCook™ Mini 

The JellyCook™ Mini is the perfect starter cooker. This small-batch cooker is intended to work hand in hand with the ServoForm™ Mini Depositor featuring the same oil-jacketed system found throughout our JellyCook™  lineup which means hotter and faster cook times compared to electric kettles which helps you maximize the number of batches your team can produce daily.

Jelly Cook Standard

JellyCook™ Standard 

The JellyCook™ Standard is an easy to operate, flexible and integrated batch weighing, mixing and cooking system. It provides a semi-automatic process with outputs of up to 60 kg/hour.  The system consists of a touchscreen HMI control system, an oil-heated stainless steel cooking vessel with a variable speed mixer/stirrer, a reservoir tank, and support frame with an operator platform.

Jelly Cook Max

JellyCook™ Max 

The JellyCook™ Max has all the same features as the standard but achieves higher outputs of up to 120 kg/hr because it has two cookers feeding into a single reservoir tank.

Jelly Cook Duo

JellyCook™ Duo 

The JellyCook™ Duo consists of two modules, each containing a cooker vessel and reservoir tank. Each module can be operated independently, in sequence, or together depending on throughput or recipe requirements. Independent operation of modules allows for two recipes or products to be cooked simultaneously and enables separate depositors to be fed from the same cooker.

TurboFilm Mini

Turbofilm™ Mini 

The Turbofilm™ Mini is a continuous cooking system  that can be used to develop pectin, gelatin, blends or hard candy recipes and is  designed to be used with the ServoForm™ Mini Depositor. The compact, skid-mounted unit is ideal for short run, large batch production thus combining continuous dissolving and cooking into a compact and portable design of high efficiency, low energy use and simple to use operation. The option to add vacuum enables lower cook temperatures which helps protect sensitive ingredients from potential degradation.
