TruClean™ Wirecut Mini
TruClean™ Wirecut Mini is the perfect equipment to begin your successful manually operated soft formed production line with the ability to lower production costs while increasing production goals by increasing consistency and accuracy. This best-in-class equipment offers weight control and uniform dough pressure for consistent product weight across the machine. TruClean™ Wirecut Mini can produce a full range of cookies and bars with options and configurations that vary and can be customized from 100 to 1000 cookies per minute up to 3” in diameter. Easy to clean and maintain while being simple and efficient to operate, the TruClean™ Wirecut Mini is designed in accordance with the latest industry guidelines on sanitation and reduce cross-contact risks.

TruClean™ 390 Rotary Molder Mini
TruClean™ 390 Rotary Molder Mini has a long heritage with Baker Perkins, the leading name in rotary molded equipment. The TruClean™ 390 Rotary Molder Mini is ideal for producing cookies, mini cookies, sandwich cookies and pet treats. This machine removes all uncertainty and inaccuracy associated with manual methods and replicates the same arrangement of rolls, scrapers and extraction webs used on Baker Perkins production scale rotary molders. It has a small footprint and is on casters for portability but can be used in a tabletop application. We offer in-house custom die design, but our stock offering has 64 cavities with a 1 ¾” diameter that can produce over 300 cookies per minute. This machine can produce 50 to 500 cookies per minute depending on configuration and is designed following the latest industry guidelines on sanitation to reduce cross-contact risk.
