Developed in response to growing customer demand for a 120 kg\/hr system with the efficiency of continuous operation, the ServoForm\u2122 Mini range now includes batch and continuous options for both cooking and depositing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The new continuous line can incorporate a Turbofilm\u2122 cooker or a JellyCook\u2122 batch cooker with a ServoForm\u2122 Mini depositor and a cooling tunnel in a seamless line that can produce high-value functional gummies or medicated hard candies as well as standard confectionery products that have a known short set time. ServoForm\u2122 Flexi Depositor<\/h2>\n

The ServoForm\u2122 Flexi meets the needs of manufacturers looking for the hygiene and simplicity of starch-free depositing but with the longer setting times and versatility of moguls. The Flexi is capable of depositing products using gelatin, pectin, carrageenan, or blends as the gelling agent.<\/p>\n

Two versions of the ServoForm\u2122 Flexi are available: a single depositing head\u00a0 <\/span>with outputs up to 125,000 pieces\/hour; and a longer machine with two heads with outputs up to 250,000 pieces\/hour. The ServoForm\u2122 Flexi can produce both conventional and functional confectionery products with accuracy and efficiency compared with traditional methods including the starch moguls. Functional ingredients include vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, CBD, Omega-3, probiotics and energy supplements while pain relievers, cough suppressants and antihistamines are typical OTC ingredients.<\/p>\n
