Mould Stacker and Cooling Cart

The Infusent™ automatic mould stacking and cooling cart system integrates with ServoForm™ Mini confectionery depositors to eliminate the labor needed to handle moulds in low output production environments manually.

The system automatically loads moulds from the ServoForm™ Mini into portable racks for transfer to a cooler. It comprises a stainless steel cart lifter attached directly to the delivery end of the ServoForm™ Mini and a set of mobile stainless steel carts, each with a 10-tier mould rack.

Demoulder

The latest innovation from Team Infusent™ is the Demoulder.  We listened to our customers and understood that with growth and scale come the hurdles of bottlenecks. We designed this simple innovation to address one of the most challenging bottlenecks: demoulding gummies. We created the Demoulder to specifically work with our existing 154-cavity aluminum moulds, expanding our line of solutions to include cooking, depositing, stacking & demolding to streamline production while reducing manufacturing costs without sacrificing quality. If you have ever participated in the rituals of demoulding tens of thousands of gummies, then you understand why this machine is a must-have.

This system operates off of customer-supplied compressed air and features an adjustable vacuum system without the need for electricity, keeping the design simple and portable. Stainless steel, aluminum, FDA-approved suction cups, and components work together hygienically.

Thoughtful tabletop design (suggested bench height 34” ) with two built-in carry handles makes storing and setting up the Demoulder mobile and convenient. With a footprint of 30” wide x 30” tall x 34” deep and weighing in at 45 lbs. our Demoulder is conveniently sized to fit your changing needs.

Process A

+ Details

When loaded into the unit, the cart lifts so that the bottom tier is level with the delivery end of the depositor. Moulds from the depositor are loaded into the bottom level of the rack until it is full, at which point the rack is indexed down and the next level filled.

Process B

+ Details

When all 10 levels are filled, the operator removes the cart and replaces it with an empty one. While this is happening, the depositor is automatically paused and restarts only once the new rack is in position.

Process C

Loaded carts are transferred to an insulated walk-in cooler. The Infusent’ walk-in cooler includes a 0.5hp penthouse refrigeration system complete with condensing and evaporator units and operates down to 35°F.

The Infusent™ Bespoke Mould Design Service allows manufacturers to bring new confectionery products to market more quickly and economically. Our latest CAD software can create full-color 3D confectionery designs that can be shared for customer appraisal. 3D rapid prototyping can be used to create a design model for the exact size and shape desired.

Mould Refurbishment

Infusent™ offers Refurbishment Service to extend the life of metal moulds for hard candy. Moulds can be re-coated and can replace worn pin and spring ejector mechanisms. To minimize customer disruption, we offer a ‘rolling’ program to anticipate and refurbish a complete mould set over an agreed extended period.

FDA-approved coatings are used to re-coat the moulds, and our experts are available to advise on the best selection for your application.

Replacement service for rubber moulds used in hard toffee, hard cream, and chew production is also available.
